STAFF REFRESHER TRAINING ON GENDER, EQUALITY, YOUTH AND SOCIAL INCLUSION

On Tuesday, May 30, and Wednesday, May 31, FtF IAM conducted a refresher Gender, Equality, Youth and Social Inclusion (GEYSI) training to familiarize staff with FTF IAM’s GEYSI vision, principles for integrating GEYSI into partnerships, interventions, and activities. The
training also articulated the business case for GEYSI to FTF IAM partners and evaluated their capacity and commitment to GEYSI using the FTF IAM GEYSI Scorecard. During the training, FtF IAM staff understood practical ideas and methods for integrating GEYSI into partnerships, interventions, and activities and highlighted approaches that have worked and came up with practical ways of measuring GEYSI results.
